A multifaceted approach to body contouring. I will do a thorough consultation and discuss your overall goals and “problem areas” to target. This will include Fat Dissolving treatments as well as machine work (Laser Lipolysis and Fat Cavitation). Firstly, these areas will be mapped. This can involve you removing items of clothing, if you are comfortable doing so. Secondly, you will be weighed and measured; a BMI will be calculated.

Following this a comprehensive plan is devised. This will include, a daily calorie limit for weight loss (food diaries will be provided), education around lifestyle choices, and targets for physical activity for the upcoming week. Furthermore, you will be seen in clinic each week, for treatment with injections/machine work. At appointment I will weigh, measure you, and discuss the previous week. As a result, adjustments to the plan can be made as necessary.

Whist treatment with Fat Dissolving and or machine work is successful at treating those stubborn pockets of fat, it does not allow for overall weight loss and health improvement.
